  4. I believe the connect is Achala Nagar.
Bagbhan was based on the movie "Make way for Tomorrow", which was based on the book "Years are so Long"....and Achala Nagar wrote the screenplay of the movie Baghban.
The photograph is of Achala Nagar.
In the movies Lallu Ram and Tawaif, Achala Nagar has played a role.

B.R.Chopra might also be the answer, but I couldnt workout the connect of BR with Lallu Ram
